"Pretty comfy spot to wait"
I had my tires done at Sullivan Tire, the waiting area was way more comfortable than I expected. The chairs were decent, everything was clean, and I could just hang out on my phone without feeling packed in. It’s not fancy, but it was relaxed and easy. I’m blaming whoever runs this for making the wait feel a lot shorter than it actually was.

"Tow showed up faster than expected"
My car died near work and I had to get it towed, which was already stressful enough. Sullivan Tire got everything set up quickly, and the driver was friendly when he showed up. I’ll admit, after I paid I got a little uneasy wondering if the tow would actually come through or if I’d be stuck waiting forever, but it ended up being fine. Overall, it was easier than I expected.

"I had service booked at Sullivan..."
I had service booked at Sullivan Tire and was told the shuttle could drop me off nearby, which seemed simple enough. The actual work on my car seemed fine, but I ended up waiting a lot longer than I expected, and no one really gave me a straight update on what was going on.
I understand places get busy, but common sense says if the shuttle is running behind, just let people know. It threw off my morning more than it needed to. Not a terrible experience overall, but the shuttle part definitely needs better communication

"Solid help with our van tires"
We use Sullivan Tire for our work vans. They’re easy to deal with. Scheduling is quick. Prices feel fair. If a tire issue comes up, they get us back on the road. No fuss. Good service

"Convenient and Easy from the Start"
My first impression of Sullivan Tire was that it was just super convenient. The location is right near my work, so I could drop my car off without it throwing off my whole day. The staff was friendly, everything went smoothly, and it just felt easy from the start. That kind of experience makes me more likely to go back when I need tires or other service.

"They did figure out the main problem..."
They did figure out the main problem with my tire, so I’ll give them that. But something still felt off afterward, and when I asked again, it turned out there was a small alignment issue they missed the first time. Not a terrible experience, just felt average overall...

"Quicker than I expected"
Booked the appointment online and figured I’d be sitting around forever, but nope, they got my tires done way faster than I expected. I barely had time to get bored, which was kind of annoying because I’d brought stuff to do, but also great. Overall, really happy with how easy it was.

I stopped by Sullivan Tire for my state inspection it was exactly the kind of quick, low-stress visit I was hoping for. The staff was friendly, they got my car in quickly, and I ended up leaving earlier than I expected. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to push extra stuff on me, which always makes me feel more comfortable. For me, it felt like a straightforward, trustworthy place to take care of a simple inspection. I’d definitely go back.

"Easy visit and no pressure"
I had a good experience with Sullivan Tire. I had been putting off dealing with a slow leak because I kept telling myself I didn’t have time, but they got me in quick. The guy at the front desk was really friendly and explained what was going on in a way that didn’t make me feel dumb, which I appreciated. The price seemed fair too, and nobody tried to talk me into a bunch of extra stuff. I’d definitely go back again...

"Shop could be cleaner"
I went in because I was having a tire issue, and to be fair, the actual service was okay. The staff wasn’t rude or anything, so I don’t want this to sound like I’m bashing them, but the shop itself felt messy.
I know tire places aren’t exactly supposed to look like a hotel lobby, but the waiting area had dirty floors, old cups sitting around, and the bathroom really needed attention. I just felt kind of uncomfortable waiting there, and I think it would make a big difference if the place looked a little more cared for.

"Easy, no-stress visit"
I had a really good experience at Sullivan Tire. You know how sometimes you go in for car stuff and immediately feel like you’re about to be confused or talked down to? That didn’t happen here at all. The staff was friendly right away, professional but still easy to talk to, and they didn’t rush me when I had questions. They explained what was going on with my car in plain language, which I appreciate more than I expected. Everything moved along smoothly and was done on time. Anyway, solid visit overall, I’d definitely go back

"Solid tire install, just took a little longer"
Had my tires installed at Sullivan Tire everything went smoothly. The work looked clean, and once I got back on the road, the car felt balanced and drove fine... no weird pulling or vibration or anything like that. The only thing is, it did take a bit longer than they originally told me, so that was a little frustrating. But overall, yeah, they did a solid job and I’d still go back.

I’ll give them credit for having the prices laid out clearly, so there weren’t any surprises there. But the wait time was disappointing. It ended up taking longer than I was told, and that kind of stuck with me more than the clear pricing.

I booked a wheel alignment on sullivantire.com and it was easy overall. Dropped my car off in the morning, and they had it ready when they said they would. The car drives straight now and the steering feels a lot better on the highway. The staff was nice too and didn’t try to push a bunch of Extra stuff on me. i’d go back again.

"Ended Up Settling for What Was Available"
I went on sullivantire looking for tires and found a few options, but some of the ones I actually wanted weren’t in stock anywhere near me. It kind of felt like I was boxed in and had to choose from whatever was left, so I ended up going with a different brand than I originally planned. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and I did find something that worked, but I wish the inventory was better or at least updated more clearly
